Today, we’re sharing the highlights of our January Hot Pot Lunch Party!
When it’s cold outside, there’s nothing better than gathering around a steaming hot pot with friends, right?
For this event, we enjoyed three different types of hot pot!
Three Delicious Hot Pots – with Mochi?!
The highlight of the day was our three types of hot pot!
We put mochi in all the hot pots, making it feel just like New Year’s!
・Miwa Shrine’s Sake Lees Hot Pot – The light aroma of sake lees warmed everyone up!
・Nishinomiya Ebisu Shrine’s Sake Lees Hot Pot – Packed with rich umami flavor! One of our staff from Hyogo said this one had the smoothest taste and was absolutely delicious!
・Salmon Belly & Shrimp Seafood Hot Pot – A luxurious hot pot packed with seafood goodness!
Each one was loaded with ingredients and full of flavor!
Everyone shared their favorites, discussing which hot pot they liked the most

Since it was January, the event had a wonderful New Year’s atmosphere!
Everyone relaxed, chatting and enjoying the hot pot together
With such a diverse group of members, we talked about Japanese New Year traditions and shared our favorite hot pot styles.
Most people agreed – nothing beats hot pot in winter!
A Fun and Friendly Atmosphere!
Looking at the pictures, you can see that everyone had a great time together!
Even those who were a bit shy at first quickly warmed up as we shared hot pot and good conversation
Many people said, "Let’s do another hot pot party!" so we might just plan another one soon!
