For just ¥330 (tax included) per item, our staff will receive your incoming mail or packages on your behalf — saving you time and giving you peace of mind.

Please Note: To use this service, members must notify our staff in advance of the expected delivery, including

Date of arrival

Type of item (e.g., letter, parcel, etc.)

Without prior notice, our staff will not accept deliveries.This service is perfect for those who work remotely, are often on the move, or simply want the convenience of managing deliveries at their workspace.
