Happy Halloween from the staff and members of The DECK!

HALLOWEEN TABLE TENNIS PARTY

This Halloween we celebrated with a ping pong party! We are holding community event periodically for our members and guests. Teaming up with Takkyuu Ladies, a local women’s table tennis community, members and staff had some intense battles over the ping pong table. To bring the holiday spirit, The DECK created custom Halloween ping pong paddles using the FAB Lab. Players could decide between a ghost or a zombie hand for their paddle. Our ping pong experience took a spooky turn!

FOOD, FRIENDS, AND DRINKS

Drinks and food were provided, including The DECK staff’s freshly made Nikumaki Onigiri (balls of rice wrapped in sliced pork)! Chatting over a meal and drinks is a wonderful way to get to know people, and that is exactly what happened at The DECK Halloween Party. Members enjoyed spirited conversations while meeting those who they previously hadn’t talked to in the office. The DECK staff built stronger connections with The DECK members and learned more about their careers and interests.
