Maria Kinoshita is a global citizen with roots in Africa, Japan, and France, now calling Canada her base.
As the founder of Octo D, an edTech agency, she specializes in instructional design, multilingual eLearning module development, and learning management platform implementation for the corporate world, all while living a nomadic lifestyle. Additionally, she is developing a SaaS platform that simplifies the storyboarding process by integrating management tools and AI automation, streamlining eLearning content creation.Her passion for alternative learning styles, travel, and sustainable business development led her to establish Nomad Coliving in 2018. As the pioneer of Canada's first coliving space designed for digital nomads, remote workers, and entrepreneurs, she opened two locations in Montreal and is excited about an upcoming expansion in Okinawa, set in a charming town just steps from the beach, promoting a healthy lifestyle and easy access to local activities
