Serafettin Yildirim

“My experience is great. I have no regrets and I am still happy. I feel it’s a great solution for a small business that needs a private office to focus and work.”

Turkey, Private Office Member

Serafettin Yildirim, CEO of Toros Premium Food and Beverage Company is one of our private office members. He is currently launching a 100% natural lemon juice with no preservatives, artificial sweeteners, additives, or colorants and has other products on the way. He is originally from Turkey and his goal is to bring “natural and organic food” to the Japanese market.

He agreed to share some insight about his 4 years at The DECK. He found The DECK through a referral from International Business Promotion Center (IBPC) Osaka in 2019.

“I felt the welcoming and professionalism from The DECK even back then and still I have the same feeling.”

“My experience is great. I have no regrets and I am still happy. I feel it’s a great solution for a small business that needs a private office to focus and work.”

At The DECK, our private office members also have access to our coworking space and various amenities. Sharaf detailed, “I use both benefits of being at the coworking space by going downstairs to grab a drink, talk to some people, or block a meeting room. Or I can use the upstairs small meeting area, so flexibility and convenience are important here. If I had any other office anywhere else I might not be able to have a meeting room or scale to bigger or smaller office spaces. I also like the scalability.”

We offer offices that can accommodate 1-8 people, which gives our private office members the ability to expand if needed while at The DECK. Learn more here.

Additionally, Sharaf mentioned that the location is “convenient to the station and not far from center attractions like Dotonbori.”

Overall, Sharaf has enjoyed his time at The DECK and mentioned that the private offices are a great option, especially since “foreigners in Japan need to have an office to establish a company or get a business visa.”

Sharaf hopes to continue expanding his company with the support of The DECK.
